Windsor's first and only New Zealand style artisanal bakery was founded by Warren and Bobbi Burton. Their dream of bringing New Zealand baked goods and pastries to California became a reality in Windsor. Nearly 200 customers visit the bakery every day and they all leave smiling.

Tilted Shed is a true mom-and-pop, founded by the husband-and-wife team of Scott Heath and Ellen Cavalli in 2011. As Windsor’s first cidery and second oldest in Sonoma County, all of their ciders feature freshly picked local apples.
